Mr. Brian Harmon, MA, CRC, LPC   Mr. Harmon is the founder of Disability Services of America ®, LLC. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). He is a Professional Member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and a Member of the National Employment Network Association (NENA). He received his Master of Arts Degree from Northeastern Illinois University and completed post-graduate studies and a Certificate in Forensic Vocational Rehabilitation from University of Florida. He also completed graduate level business courses at Northern Illinois University and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). While attending UIUC, Mr. Harmon lived in Zapopan, Jalisco, Guadalajara Mexico where he learned Spanish. When Mr. Harmon is not helping clients return to work he spends time with his wife and daughter, actively participates in church activities and enjoys traveling and sailing.

Ms. Francisca Harmon-Grijalva, BS   Ms. Harmon-Grijalva is a co-founder of Disability Services of America ®, LLC. She works as a management and marketing consultant. Ms. Harmon-Grijalva previously worked as a Director of Marketing and Public Relations for McDonald’s in Nicaragua. She has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Universidad Nacional de Managua (UNAM). She is natively fluent in oral and written Spanish and is conversant in Bulgarian.

She is recognized as a Benefits Counselor by the Social Security Administration. She graduated from Governors State University in University Park, IL with honors of  Summa Cum Laude  with a 4.00 G.P.A. She is fluent in oral and written Polish. Ms. Tomczak is Certified as a Community Partner Work Incentives Coordinator (CPWIC) by Virginia Commonwealth University. The CPWIC credential is recognized by the Social Security Administration and requires a rigorous 18 credit hour per year continuing education requirement to maintain the Certification.

She completed an internship with Special Olympics in Normal, IL during her undergraduate studies.
